Registered Pharmacist

Dispense the right medicine. Counsel the worried parent.

This is a counter pharmacist role at our Khadakpada shop in Kalyan. You will be the qualified pharmacist on shift — the person who legally signs off on what leaves the counter, the person a patient asks when they cannot read the prescription, the person who decides whether the strip in the back fridge is still fit to sell.We are looking for a B.Pharm or D.Pharm holder registered with the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council who treats dispensing as clinical work, not retail. You will run rotating shifts on a counter that opens at 10 AM and closes at midnight, alongside one other pharmacist and a counter associate. What is different here: we are also building software (RASAYAN) for pharmacies like ours, and the floor team shapes how it works. Your shift logs become product feedback. Your dispensing edge cases become test cases. You are not just operating a till.

Counter Associate

The first face customers see. The first hands on the box.

This is an entry-level role at the Khadakpada counter for someone who has finished 12th and wants a real start in pharmacy retail. You will work alongside a registered pharmacist, learn the shop floor, and become the person regulars ask for by name.We are not looking for prior experience. We are looking for someone steady, polite, and curious — who can switch between Marathi, Hindi and English in the same sentence and not flinch when the counter is six-deep on a Sunday evening. What is different here: we sponsor D.Pharm study for associates who stay a year and want to qualify as pharmacists. Treat this as the first rung, not the last. You will also be one of the first humans to use the RASAYAN point-of-sale day to day, which means your annoyances reach the people building it.

DevOps Engineer

Own production from commit to customer. Sleep at night anyway.

RASAYAN is the AI pharmacy management platform we are building for shops like ours. As the DevOps engineer, you own the path code takes from a developer's laptop to a pharmacist's screen — and the path data takes back. That includes AWS, Cloudflare, Postgres, Terraform and GitHub Actions, but more importantly it includes the judgement calls about what is safe to ship on a Friday. We are looking for someone with at least three years running production systems, ideally with healthcare or fintech-grade care for data. You will be the second or third infra hire, not the fortieth. The ratio of decisions to tickets is high. What is different here: the customer is sometimes our own pharmacist downstairs. If a deploy breaks dispensing, you will hear about it from a human you know by name. That tightens the loop.

Frontend Engineer — RASAYAN

Build the screen a pharmacist looks at 400 times a day.

You will build the interfaces pharmacists, shop owners and (eventually) patients use to run a pharmacy on RASAYAN. The stack is React 19, Next.js 15 and Tailwind v4, with TypeScript across the board. The work spans a dense pharmacist-facing dispensing app and an admin panel where an owner runs their whole business. We want a frontend engineer with three or more years of professional React and TypeScript who treats accessibility and Core Web Vitals as part of the job, not a polish pass. Our users include 60-year-old shop owners on mid-range Android devices and pharmacists on a counter PC with a barcode scanner. Both have to feel fast. What is different here: the design partner is a working pharmacist. The feedback loop is days, not quarters. If a button is in the wrong place, you will know by Tuesday.

Backend Engineer — RASAYAN

Patient data, GST invoices, drug interactions. All correct, all auditable.

You will build the services behind RASAYAN — the APIs that move prescriptions, stock, billing and patient records between the pharmacist's screen, the owner's dashboard, and the third parties we have to talk to. The stack is open: Node.js, Python or Go on top of Postgres, with queues where they earn their keep and REST or GraphQL exposed outward. We want a backend engineer with three or more years of production experience who has thought hard about access control at least once. Pharmacy data is PHI-adjacent — names, conditions, medicines — and it has to be handled like it.What is different here: the integrations are not optional flavour. GST e-invoicing, payment gateways, and a drug database are how the product works at all. The plumbing is the product.

Product Designer — RASAYAN

Design for the pharmacist with twelve customers waiting.

You will design RASAYAN end to end — the dispensing app, the owner dashboard, the onboarding, the empty states, the error toasts, and the design system that holds it all together. Figma is your day-to-day, but the work is research-led: you will sit with a real pharmacist in our own shop every week and watch them work.We want a product designer with four or more years on B2B SaaS, ideally with some healthcare or operations-tool exposure. You should be as comfortable arguing about information density on a dispensing screen as you are about onboarding copy. What is different here: the user lives downstairs. You will not have to imagine the persona — you will hand her an iPad and watch her struggle with your prototype on a Tuesday afternoon. That is rare, and it is the point.
